Summary:

PIC Properties.com is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team as an Property Manager and help clients buy and sell Real Estate for our busy Powhatan, VA office. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong desire to grow and advance in their career. This position will require a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. The proper candidate will need to have good customer relations skills. The position will require working onsite in the office on occasion.

• Requirements:

·Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales or other related fields (preferred)
Must be a licensed Real estate Agent in the State of Virginia
·Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
·Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
·Ability to work well with others in a team environment
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
·Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure under stressful circumstances
·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
·Experience with property management software preferred but not required
